For any travellers looking to give a good stretch to their body you should check out Yoga Now, a cute little yoga studio in Pantai Cenang, Langkawi. Ten minutes walk from the beach and near the cheaper guesthouses like Gecko and rainbow(but not the same road). 50 rm for a two hour class.
When you arrive at Langkawi consider renting a car. Due to the island’s duty free status you can get cars for as cheap as RM50 per day! There are a lot of places to discover with your own transport and being able to move around independently will definitely enhance your Langkawi experience.

It’s hot (around 30C celcius) and very humid throughout the year. So be prepared to take 2-3 showers every day to get rid of your own stickiness.
