We will not use Star Shuttle again. They were very rude and unprofessional. We tried to get from Puduraya to the airport, and were put on a bus that for some reason didn’t have clearence to actually go to the airport! They did not tell us this, and left us sitting on the side of the road for 45mins and would not tell us what was going on. Absolutely shocking customer service. By Nathan1 on Feb 05, 2010
